Eligibility for membership is open to U.S. armed forces veterans who served on active duty (for other than training purposes) in the Republic of Vietnam between 02/28/1961 and 05/07/1975 and in any duty location between 08/05/1964 to 05/07/1975.  You must submit a copy of your DD-214 with your application for membership.
